Ugh, blogging never felt so great! Between me finalizing my move here in Atl and skipping out for the occasional fashionable escapade, my energies are almost spent in a toilsome search for employment (which is much needed). Some weeks prior to all of this, I tuned in to the live stream for Lucky Magazine's FABB (fashion and beauty blog) conference. Whether you happen to be a novice blogger or a seasoned editor at large, the information and suggestions highlighted proved to be critically useful. Unsung heroes of the social media realm (bloggers like Aimee Song, Mad Men actor Kiernan Shipka, Elizabeth Banks and Randi Zuckerberg) delved deep into the burgeoning issues of bloggers of this age. My all time favorite interview had to be with Randi Zuckerberg. Speaking on the topic of emerging digital platforms and the future of social, she lauded the modern bloggers ability to crowd-source and ultimately dictated that when you choose to blog, you are (and hence become) your own brand. Big words drop from the house of Zuckerberg <3
