 Between the likes of Del Toro, SUPERGLAMOROUS, Jimmy Choo and other industry heavy hitters, I wasn't quite expecting to see yet another entry into the obviously overpopulated arena of slip-on loafers. Leave it to Park & Bond to keep my appetite satiated - the latest offering comes from the Milanese brand Charles Philip Shanghai. In keeping up with the English spirit, the brand lays out a choice selection of "gentry" slippers in bold colors of various wash and fabric. Contrast vamp detailing on some heighten the dandy experience, with suede and cotton all falling into the mix. A denim option "Constantino" (dove gray colorway) adds an unexpected but likeable ruggedness to the whole. Minimally profiled rubber soles and tonal stitching complete the Anglophilic experience, which, assuming you're interested, should provide suitable variation for your shoe game.
